About The Role

  • There is no cold calling in this role. All prospective customers are existing clients.
  • You’ll be expected to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to compliance standards
  • Continuously support and contribute to our energetic team of business development enthusiasts
  • Base Pay with uncapped monthly commission, top performers earning in excess of $120K annually

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Motivated
  • Success exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment.
  • Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions.
  • Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services experience a plus.
  • Technological literacy for assisting clients through the process of uploading documents, navigating websites, and troubleshooting basic device issues.
  • Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills.

Sales Representatives engage current clients who are eligible for a special debt settlement loan option and help them see the value in the opportunity. You will be employed by our parent company Beyond Finance, but actively supporting Above Lending through your work.

About the role

  • You’ll be expected to quickly build excitement and establish trust with clients over the phone
  • Gather information from clients and our systems to provide to lending agents
  • Transfer interested clients to lending agents for further assistance
  • Continuously support and contribute to our energetic team of business development enthusiasts
  • Base Pay with uncapped monthly commission

What we’re looking for

  • Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Lending and/or Financial Services experience is a plus

We confirmed your enrollment into the program on December 27, 2023.  At the time of enrollment, the Account Specialist reviewed your Debt Resolution Agreement with you prior to your signing. Information about program progress can be located under the section titled “Debt Resolution Agreement” in paragraph 8. “Timing and Program Estimates”.  It reads, in part, as follows:

“We begin contacting your Creditors as soon as we determine that a good faith effort to resolve a given debt, whether on a lump-sum or installment basis, may be made, with such determinations dependent upon such factors as the Creditors settlement policies, the rate of account accretion, the size of each Debt and how close a Debt may be to charge-off
… While guidelines differ widely among Creditors, in our experience an accumulation of 40%-50% of the then-current balance of a Debt will normally enable us to make a good-faith offer to resolve that Debt. Further, in our experience it typically takes approximately 4-6 months before reaching the stage at which Company can begin reaching out to creditors or collectors and achieve your first resolution.”

Beyond Finance has exceeded these expectations by presenting you with three offers which you elected to approve prior to reaching 6 months of enrollment.  Rest assured that your program is being cared for by experienced professionals with your best interest in mind.  It is not atypical for creditors to use a variety of tactics to persuade you to return to traditional payments.
